How far is it to the beach?

The beach is about 3.5 km away

Is it allowed to smoke in the accommodation?

No, smoking isn`t allowed in our accommodations.

What are the costs for Internet connection?

Free internet is available in all of our accommodations

Arrival / departure

Is there a route description to the property?

You will receive this information at the final booking.

From what time can we check in?

You can check in from 16:00 hours. Earlier check-in is not possible.

Until what time can we check in?

You can check in until 18.00. In consultation later arrival may be possible. Please contact us.

Where can we get the keys of the rented accommodation?

The adress can be found in your confirmation email that you will receive after booking.

At what time should we leave the property?

You need to leave the accommodation before 10:00.

Final cleaning

Are the cleaning costs included in the price?

Yes, these are always included.

Which cleaning tasks we must do by ourselves?

When you leave your accommodation, please take care of some issues. These are listed in the informationmap which is located at the property.

Inventory

Which inventory is available at the property?

At the overview tab of your preferred accommodation, you can see which contents are available at the property.

Are there bicycles available at the property?

We do not rent bicycles ourselves. But in Renesse and Burgh-Haamstede there are several possibilities to rent bicycles.

Is there a barbeque at the accommodation?

Yes, each property has its own bbq.

Children

Are there additional facilities for children?

Yes, there is a large playing field with a trampoline.

Is there a Baby cot / high chair available in the property?

Yes you have the possibility to order these extra when booking.

Is bed linen for the baby bed available?

No, this is not available,please bring your own with you.

Is there bed linen for children under 3 years available?

No, for all persons aged 3 years and older is linen available for children under 3 years of age you may reorder extra linen.

Pets

Are pets allowed in the accommodation?

We rent out some properties where 1 pet is allowed.

Are there additional costs calculated for a pet?

Yes, there is an additional charge if you bring a pet, the additional costs are mentioned when booking

Bed linen

Should we bring our own bed linen?

It is not neccessary to bring your own bed linen, because this is available in the accommodation and it is a mandatory enrollment by Hofstede Welland. For the specified number of persons over 4 years there is bed linen available in the house.

What’s in a linen package

Bed linen set includes 1 duvet cover, 1 pillowcase and bottom sheet.

We want to bring our own linen, do we get then discount on the rent?

You can bring your own linen, however, you can not claim any discount or refund on the rent.

We already made a reservation, can we still order extra bedlinen?

This is possible, please send an email containing your wishes, arrival date, the name of the property, and your reservation number. Please pay the extra cost when you check-in. (Please note that payment is in cash and you can not use a credit card).

Is it possible to rent towels?

Yes, you can when booking, rent towels as an optional extra rent.

A towel set contains 2 large towels and 1 small towel.

Can we rent kitchen towels?

Yes, you can when booking, choose dishcloths as an extra option.

The kitchen package contains 2 tea towels and 2 towels.

Payments

When should we pay?

If you want a binding reservation you must make a (remit) payment using one of the online payment options.

We have paid the first term. When should we pay the 2nd term?

6 weeks before arrival you have to pay the 2nd term. You will receive a message via email in time.

Do we pay the deposit in advance or upon arrival?

Yes, you pay €100,- deposit upon your booking.

Can we first make an advance payment?

If the period of arrival is longer than 3 months, you can first make a deposit. The remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Guests booking within 3 months must pay the full amount.

When do we receive our deposit back?

You will receive the deposit at your specified bank account number back within 7 days after leaving the property.
